Dr. Will Gray
Will is an organizational growth specialist. He’s also been an entrepreneur since the age of 8, when he dug seams of clay out of a creek, packed them in Ziploc bags and carried them around the neighborhood in his Radio Flyer wagon until he had sold every one.
His work as a growth strategist, writer, and creative director has allowed him to work alongside more than 150 leadership teams across many different industries. During that time, he’s been honored to win many local, national, and even international awards for his work.
